Costco Optical provides an expansive selection of eyeglasses and contact lenses at prices considerably less than retail optical outlets, while offering both bifocal and progressive lenses, sunglasses of different types as well as name brand frames, including designer brands as well as lens treatments and lubricating solutions.

Costco Optical, their optometry department, offers everything from eye exams and new glasses/contacts purchases, depending on your insurance provider and eligibility status, all the way to free exams!
Costco Optical typically charges $95 for eye exams without insurance, similar to what most independent optometrists charge at retail stores. Services such as dilation and retinal imaging may incur an additional fee and increase your total bill accordingly.
Costco Eye Exam Center does not require membership to schedule an eye exam with them, though members who purchase glasses or contacts from their stores do receive discounts.
